Are you ready for a fresh approach to fitness?

This is a live, online program. Weekly online course meetings plus a daily training program allows you to take this program wherever you are!

 

Have you been wanting to start (or pick back up) your exercise routine and don’t know where to begin? Perhaps you’re looking to foster new habits. You’ll achieve all this with our program and the goal to complete a 5K (run or walk!).

The FORWARD Women’s Program©  is a holistic health and fitness program designed for women seeking a fresh approach to exercise.

In this program you will:

  • Cultivate more joy and flow in training and life
  • Embrace a whole-body approach to training and exercise
  • Build self-assurance to take action, even when not fully motivated
  • Become aware of blocks to training – and release them!
  • Gain clarity on what success looks like for you
  • Develop the confidence to step outside of the recurring story or relationship with
    exercise
  • Believe in yourself and your abilities

Commitment Day + Orientation: January 31, 2024 via Zoom

Goal Race: Any 5K event

Program includes:

  • 1:1 virtual session with Coach : ideally before program start
  • 6-week  written training plan for a 5K – accommodating varied levels of athletes
  • Weekly group meeting sessions with Coach on Wednesdays 6:30PM CT
  • Strength plan
  • Unlimited Email access to Coach

FEES:  $245
