Health Coaching requires a minimum of 6 sessions and/or a 3-month commitment. (suggested at least 2 sessions/mo)

How is Health Coaching different than Endurance Coaching?

While both health coaching and endurance coaching aim to support you in reaching your goals, they differ in focus and approach.

Health coaching takes a holistic view of well-being, addressing various aspects of life such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, sleep, and overall lifestyle. It’s about creating sustainable, healthy habits tailored to your unique needs and values.

Endurance coaching is specifically geared toward helping you improve your performance in endurance sports like running, cycling, or triathlon. It focuses on designing training plans, optimizing physical performance, and preparing for specific events or races.

While endurance coaching hones athletic skills and physical fitness, health coaching emphasizes overall wellness and balance, making them complementary approaches.
