A Body That Moves is a holistic health and fitness program designed for those seeking an accesible and new approach to exercise and fitness.
In this program you will:
- Cultivate more joy and flow in training and life
- Develop lasting habits
- Embrace a whole-body approach to training and exercise
- Build self-assurance to take action, even when not fully motivated
- Become aware of blocks to training – and release them!
- Gain clarity on what success looks like for you
- Develop the confidence to step outside of the recurring story or relationship with
exercise - Believe in yourself and your abilities
Program Kick-Off + Orientation: March 19, 2025
Program includes:
- 1:1 50 min. virtual session with Debra : ideally before program start
- Discovering what movement is right for you
- 6-week plan to get you moving
- Weekly group coaching meetings – Wednesdays 6:00PM CT
