13.1 and 26.2 Run Programs

Train with Tri-Now for your next event with one of our training programs! No matter if this is your first race or fifteenth – Tri-Now’s training program can get you to the finish line with confidence.  All programs have a goal race but training can be used for your choice of event.

All Program Includes:

  • Expert RRCA and USAT certified coaches
  • Comprehensive training plan outlining daily run workouts
  • Fully supported & coached group workouts
    • Track – Tuesday 6:30PM Lake Highlands HS
    • Run Power – Wednesdays 6:30PM Flagpole Hill
    • Long run – Sunday 6am (summer) 7am/8am(winter) Spillway at White Rock Lake
  • Weekly emails from coaches for tips, questions, guidance
  • Rhythm of Running Club membership while in program
  • Tri-Now performance shirt
  • Training Basics talk with each kick off

12-week Half Marathon Program

Early Spring/Summer Feb 16th – June 11th  Goal race: Wounded Warrior Half Marathon or your choice of 13.1

19-week Marathon Program

Join our 19-week training program to get you ready for 26.2 miles!

Summer/Fall Program: July 31st – December 11th Goal race: Dallas Marathon or your choice of late fall marathon

$175  for Tri-Now club members
