Tri-Now’s Rhythm of Running© run club is designed to offer a truly comprehensive training opportunity. The RoR© training method provides a solid foundation for running success.  The three pillars of a sturdy platform are skills, strength and endurance. The RoR© workout progressions address these essential components by means of input and output focused work. A framework can then be constructed using raw materials that include: breath strides (SPB’s©), range of motion, dynamic preparatory procedures (drills), core work, functional strength work and aerobic training. Watch your running economy flourish and learn what it feels like to run effortlessly.
